Ingredients

  • 300 grams breadcrumbs
  • 150 grams almonds (peeled)
  • 3 garlic cloves (peeled)
  • olive oil
  • sherry vinegar
  • salt

Directions

  1. Put the breadcrumbs in a little water to soak.
  2. When the breadcrumbs have absorbed all the water, blend with the almonds and garlic in a food processor until a fine paste has formed.
  3. Add a drizzle of oil and vinegar and a pinch of salt.
  4. Pulse together until all the flavors have married.
  5. Add water as needed until you reach a soup-like consistency and serve.

I have made tons of white gazpacho recipes in my past and none of them can compare to this recipe. It was absolutely delicious and tasted better than any other recipe I have made. I would definitely make this 5 star recipe again.
