Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 60 grams butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 150 grams water

Directions

  1. 1Pour the flour in a bowl, make a hole in the middle, and add the butter in small pieces.
  2. 2Mix and knead.
  3. 3Sprinkle the dough with salt, keep kneading, and add the water little by little. If necessary, add a little more flour until dough detaches from hands.
  4. 4Make a ball, cover with a kitchen towel, and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  5. 5Flour a smooth surface, roll the dough out thinly, and cut out a round shapes.
  6. 6Cook in a hot non-stick frying pan, until top is bubbly, turn over, and cook the other side. Repeat until all the dough is used.
  7. 7Remove from heat, let cool, and fill to taste.
