- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a muffin tin with baking cups.
- Add the oats, eggs, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda, banana and maple syrup to the blender container. Blend the ingredients on high until smooth (approximately 60 seconds).
- Sprinkle half the white chocolate chips and raspberries into the baking cups.

delicious! I want to play around with lowering the chocolate chip count and possibly including protein powder, but the recipe as is was wonderful!!! the bottoms are soggy as is, so definitely going to do a layer of batter first in the future

They were delicious but they stuck to the muffin cups, I’ll spray them next time.

Flavor is great! I sometimes swap 1 c unsweetened applesauce for the bananas for a different take. I bake them for 20 minutes and its spot on. I do pour some batter into the tins then add some raspberries and chips then finish filling. Top with remaining and no soggy bottom.

I added 1 cup of oat bran gluten free high fibre spun my raspberries is 1 tsp of flour and folded in batter as well I baked for 21 min ,

These are amazing. I cooked mine for an extra 3 minutes as they were not fully cooked after the 15 minutes.
