Ingredients

  • 1 liter milk
  • 200 grams white chocolate
  • 36 grams rennet (junket, powder)

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, mix the junket with a little bit of milk, and dissolve well.
  2. Add the remaining milk, and add the white chocolate broken into pieces.
  3. Cook on low heat until it begins to boil, and thickens slightly. Stir constantly to prevent pasting.
  4. Pour into serving plate or cups, and refrigerate until pudding solidifies.

This pudding is actually more like a custard, I think. It makes for a pretty presentation. Would be great for the holidays and special occasions. I recommend using whole milk. This helps it to keep it's shape and hold up better.
