  • 220 grams sugar
  • 200 grams white chocolate
  • 130 grams alcohol (for liqueur)
  • ground cinnamon

Directions

  2. Add the sugar and cook for approximately 10 minutes.
  3. Turn off the heat and cool completely.
  4. Add the alcohol and stir well.

Milk, chocolate and sugar are melted together, cooked and cooled. This is the base for your liqueur, all it needs is the alcohol. I used anisette but any flavored liquer would be a good choice.
