Ingredients

200 grams butter
250 grams white chocolate
100 grams sugar
40 grams flour
4 eggs

Directions

1Butter and flour the eight small molds.
2Chill the molds in the freezer.
3Melt the chocolate over a double boiler with the butter and the sugar, beating well with a whisk to whip the mixture.
4Remove the saucepan from the stove and add the eggs, one at a time, then add the sifted flour.
5Pour the batter into the eight molds, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for at least two hours.
6Heat the oven to 220C and bake the desserts as soon as they are removed from the freezer for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
7Remove the desserts from the molds and let cool before serving.
