One of the easiest enchiladas that tastes good. To make it even better, I slow cook my chicken before shredding it and the use uncooked tortillas. (Cook them before putting them in the recipe).

this turned out really good, was worried about the sauce before popping it in the oven it didn't taste great. but after cooking it the flavors all fused together perfectly. the crisped cheese on top gave a great texture, my husband praised me for this dish. i will be keeping the recipe for future use.

Excellent and easy. I bought a rotisserie chicken and the shredded breast meat equaled 2 cups. Also, I could only fit nine of them in my 9x13 Pyrex dish, but that's OK because 2 cups of shredded chicken was barely enough for 9 of them so you could also shred a thigh or two to ensure there's enough.

Then it sounds perfect for me, I’m looking for that not spicy at all pollo con creamy sauce w the mild delicious Mexican white cheese sauce like they serve at the best Mexican restaurants. If someone likes spicy they can customize the recipe . This looks amazing to me since I can’t handle any spice at all even mild things often taste spicy to me, I wasn’t sure about the green chili’s I’ll see if those r mild if not I’ll use mushrooms and green pepper or gypsy peppers from garden, thanks,

Delicious, golden brown crust. Simple to put together. Perfect for a quick dinner. Many people said they ended up with too much sauce. Instead of using 2 cups of chicken broth I used just one can. It was a little less than 2cups.
