    This sauce turned out spectator. It was a little thick, so I added in some pasta water to thin it out a little more, along with a extra dash of garlic. Really gave me the fondue flavor I was looking for. I’d suggest using quality Italian mix cheese versus bag packaged. Will definitely make this again!
