  • 200 grams mushrooms (such as chanterelles)
  • 2 slices unsmoked bacon
  • 1 onions (small)
  • 350 grams white beans (Santa Pau Fesols, cooked)


  1. 1For the aromatic oil, using a mortar and pestle, crush a bunch of parsley, 1-2 cloves garlic and mix with a little salt and extra virgin olive oil.
  2. 2For the beans, heat a little oil in a saucepan and sauté the mushroom and set aside.
  3. 3In the same pan, fry the diced bacon.
  4. 4When it begins to brown, add the diced onion and sauté until translucent.
