This was delicious. Of course, I tried to follow the directions but I ended up adding some ham and it came out really hearty.....for any day.

I doubled this recipe for the in laws! I used my immersion blender to make a blended soup. I left half of the soup unblended for a nice consistency. I accidentally left out the broccoli... My mother in law is from Italy and is a wonderful cook. As young wife, I learned to cook in her kitchen. I’m making the Easy Peesy French Bread to go with it! Both were great! • 4 cans white beans • 6 diced garlic cloves • ½ onion • 2 diced zucchini • 4 medium potatoes • 1 can tomato sauce • 2 tbsp oregano • 6 tbsps olive oil • 2 tsps salt
