Made a very tasty batch with the ply comment that I had to put my shortbread in for half an hour. I don’t know if it was me or what but the end product was delicious

These are the best tasting cookies I have made not real big on sweets and these are perfect. They melt in your mouth so light.

Turned out very fluffy. Just melt in your mouth. I will make them again. Only problem is they are very hard to store without breaking.

The dough did not stay together I ended up adding a bit of water so I could roll the dough. I was successful in making the cookies but not at all impressed by the lack of flavor.
