Excellent! on the cake, as a pastry creme or in my granddaughters opinion, all by itself.

I made the recipe and loved it. The only thing I did was to add Meringue powder about a 1/2 tablespoon. I add this to all my frostings. Glad I found this recipe. Just wish I could figure out how to print it off.
