This is good, the maker was correct when she said that the finished product is not too sweet but not too bland, it is just right. I will say though that if you want a whipped cream type topping for a cake then you need to go with a traditional recipe. That being said, this is a good and different twist to a “whipped cream” cake topping

I was pretty skeptical when I started this recipe but it was the only one I had all the ingredients for! Turns out, it is INCREDIBLE! Seriously incredible. The texture is perfect and the sweetness is exactly what I was looking for. LOVE! I am saving this recipe!
