Ingredients

250 grams all-purpose flour
20 grams baking powder
salt
125 grams margarine (cold, sliced into small cubes)
100 milliliters milk
150 grams raisins
150 grams sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

1Sift the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt into a large bowl.
2Add the margarine and mix using your fingertips.
3Add the milk and raisins, and mix using a wooden spoon until a dough forms.
4Place the dough on a floured surface and knead ot several times. Roll it out and cut portions about 1 centimeter each.
5Press the portions against the floured surface until they are 1/2 centimeter thick.
6Heat a skillet on medium-low heat and cook the cookies until they are golden brown on both sides.
7Turn off the stove, let the cookies cool off completely, and serve.
