Substituted ground Turkey Breast for the chicken due to time constraints..... The dish turned out well. I had some folks at the table think it was too spicy, and I felt it was too tame.... Great and easy.... The nonfat ricotta and egg beaters made it into a pretty low point impact from the weight watchers POV. Great Dinner!
