Excellent! I halved the amount of pepper. My husband and I really enjoyed it. Tenderizing with a mallet is the key to tender chicken! Looking forward to having it again!

Super fast, easy and delicious! Next time I would reduce the amount of bread crumbs and parm to decrease the WW points but in a pinch this is a great recipe

This was great. Chicken was so moist and tasty. With the new Smart Points a 4 oz piece of chicken breast is only 2 points!! I will definitely make this again. YUMMYB!!

Great chicken. Easy to prepare. The children loved it. Will definitely be making this one again. Great for someone who doesn't have lots of time for preparation.

I have made this several times and it is tasty--flavorful! Simple and cooks within 45 minutes. Weight watcher friendly but I will use it anytime. I did cover it with foil both times to avoid it drying out but last 20 minutes took it off. Try it, it's good!
