    Good! Mixes up fast and tasty, can be eaten immediately. A bit more like mousse than pudding, it hit my pumpkin pie craving and had me satisfied with only a small serving (ahem, by "small" I mean the recommended serving size). I ended up mixing in half a tub (4oz) of whip instead of the 8oz, and using the rest for topping.
