Ingredients

  • 6 ounces uncle ben
  • wild rice (prepared according to pkg. directions)
  • 36 ounces chicken (cooked cubed)
  • 1 green pepper (diced)
  • chopped onion (1 med.)
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 6 ounces water chestnuts (sliced)
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (Weight Watchers)
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise (Weight Watchers)

Directions

  1. Mix together and let set overnight in sprayed cake pan.
  2. Crumble 3 ounces potato chips on top just before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Serves 12. 3 protein, 1 bread, 1 fat, 25 optional calories.
