Would recommend cutting the amount of cabbage in half and adding much more broth. I ended up using almost 2L of chicken broth for a bit of flavour in addition to the 0.7L of water the recipe recommends which I ended up increasing to 2L of water since as it was cooking it looked like there was nearly no broth. The soup tastes very good and is very filling and is very easy to cook especially with a crock pot! Would definitely make again with just some slight changes mentioned above.

OK and the veg combo was surprisingly nice but I'd maybe use a red /orange pepper next time. Also I think it could use more fluid. It was a bit like slow cooked veg rather than slow cooked soup.

My husband really enjoyed this soup. I like meat, so it was hard for me to eat. The second night, I added ham to the soup, and it was much better! We really didn’t taste all the onions in the soup. I would recommend adding a meat of some sort. We will have this again.

Tossed everything in the instant pot and set it for 10 mins. Next time I will set it for 6 mins I think. The soup had good flavor. I substituted veggie broth for the water and added 1 medium potatoe

Delicious! From memory of bland weight watcher soups, I added frozen (1 pkg) edamame and 1 drained can black beans for protein. Also added lots of garlic and juice of a lemon. From there each bowl can be seasoned differently with items like: salsa, cumin, sour cream, a little strong cheese, seasoned crutons, tumeric or ginger or ???

The soup is really good! I did add a little salt and some Italian seasoning and I did saute the onions and peppers in Olive Oil. I used 3 onions and only one green pepper. Much more flavorful than I anticipated.

this was so good! made it in the instant pot and added chickpeas for protein, used vegetable broth, garlic, ACV and lemon for flavor. very filling!

OMG! Soon delicious. I even ate it cold! I just added a little garlic and garlic salt. Really grated onion super fine. Will continue to make and eat for one meal per day.

I used a cabbage that was very large, I had to add another cup of water. Turned out great, will make again.

It turned out great !! I boiled a whole chicken before and used that broth to cook the veggies in and attached some gourmet veggie stock
