All of our favorite refreshing flavors come together in this light summer salad. Grated cucumber, sliced radishes, watermelon, and fresh mint are tossed in a light tahini dressing with almonds for a slight crunch. A great gluten free and vegetarian option for warm weather months.

    Directions

    1. Grate the cucumber with a mandoline.
    2. Cut watermelon in squares.
    3. Arrange cucumber and watermelon squares on a plate. Add sliced ​​radishes, mint, and almonds. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
