    This is delicious. We tried it and agreed it was worth doing again. Unfortunately, the second time the mint wasn’t as good. We also got to much, so it was incredibly bitter and not delicious. It serves eight.

    I make a smoothie with 3 cups watermelon, 2 cups frozen strawberries, 3 cups ice, 1 cup fresh mint, 1/3 cup fresh squeezed lime juice, grated peel of 1 lime. Blend and serves 4.
