- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup lite coconut milk (unsweetened)
- 1 Tbsp. mint (freshly chopped, or more to taste)

Directions
- Place freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar into your KitchenAid® Blender.
- Remove the outside rind of your seedless watermelon and cut it into 1-inch chunks.
- Place the watermelon pieces into the blender. Puree until smooth. If there happens to be any black seeds in your watermelon, use a fork to remove as many as you can find at this point.
