  • 250 grams broccoli (cut into florets)
  • 150 grams mushrooms
  • 250 grams chicken breast
  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 3 drops chili sauce (optional)
  • oil (for frying)

    Directions

    1. Blanch the broccoli florets in salted water for 3-4 min.
    2. Cut the mushrooms in quarters, season with salt and pepper. Fry in a hot pan with some oil until golden brown. It should take about 5 min.
    3. Cut the chicken breast into bite size pieces, season with salt, pepper and dried oregano. Fry on both sides in a hot pan until cooked. The meat should be golden on the outside and juicy inside.
