Ingredients

  • dressing
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • salad (Warm Lamb)
  • 3 1/2 ounces mixed salad greens
  • 1 mini cucumber (Turkish/, thinly sliced)
  • 1 red onion (sliced)
  • 1 red pepper (seeded and sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon mint (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 pound lamb steak

Directions

  1. To make dressing, whisk together ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine salad greens, cucumber, red onion, pepper, mint and cilantro.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan on high. Cook lamb for 3-4 minutes each side or until cooked to taste. Allow to rest, covered, for 5 minutes. Slice and toss with salad and dressing to serve.
