Loved it , i took my Belgian Waffle Baker,brushed it with olive oil loaded it with a cup and a half of shredded potato i salted the potato first, closed the lid and cooked about 6min, and checked it closed the lid agin for about 3 more min till crispy,as the potato was cooking i made scrambled egg's 6 strips of bacon and shredded some marbled cheese,turned oven on 275 degrees grabbed a cookie sheet placed the potato waffle on sheet crumbled the bacon and started layering potato on bottom then scrambled egg then sprinkled bacon and toped with cheese and a sprinkle of green onion chopped and baked for 10 min i did change the recipe but it turned out perfect thank you yummly.
