Viennese Steak with Mashed Sweet PotatoesO Meu Tempero
2 sirloin steak (or 4 small ones)
butter (for frying)
1 onions (small)
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
500 grams sweet potatoes
1 granny smith apples
1 tablespoon butter

1Season steaks with salt and pepper, sprinkle with paprika spreading evenly with fingers and dust with flour.
2Turn steaks and repeat steps.
3Heat butter or olive oil in a frying pan and fry steaks, to taste.
4Remove from pan and set aside.
5In the same pan, brown thinly sliced onions until almost caramelized and add vinegar.
6Cook sweet potatoes and mash.
7Add diced uncooked apple and mash again.
8Return mixture to pan and season with salt.
9Add cold butter and heat until melted.
