  • 1 pound ground pork (or ground veal)
  • oatmeal (cup Quick uncooked)
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion (Instant)
  • salt (to taste)
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1/4 cup egg substitute

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients. Pack firmly into ungreased 8 1/2- by 4 1/2- by 2 1/2-inch loaf pan. Bake for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
