  • 1 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 500 grams pumpkin (peeled and seedless)
  • 2 carrots (medium)
  • 700 milliliters water
  • salt (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • cream (to decorate, optional)

Directions
