Description

This Veggie Spaghetti Salad’s a no-brainer. Boil a little pasta. Chop a few veggies. Toss with an out of this world delicious Italian Dressing and your too-hot-to-turn-on-the-oven salad’s ready to serve.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound spaghetti (cooked according to package directions)
  • 3 Roma tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 English cucumber (diced)
  • 1 red bell pepper (medium, diced)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (minced)
  • 1 batch Italian dressing (see recipe)

    Directions

    1. Combine spaghetti, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell pepper and onion in a large bowl. Add Italian Dressing and toss until salad is evenly coated. Let sit for 15-20 minutes, tossing occasionally, before serving.
