This was amazing! Very spicy, too. I only used 1 tablespoon of hot sauce and threw in a jalapeño and a little more veggies. For the curry; I combined regular Curry, Garam Masala, Hot Madras Curry, and Five Spices Curry powders. Excellent blended. It would even be great with a extra sweet potato for a sauce for Chicken Tikka Masala.
