  • 1/2 head cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • olive oil
  • kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons tahini paste
  • zest (a lemon)
  • 1/2 cup cooked rice (lentils, quinoa, or white beans, of course you can use canned beans, please do!)
  • 1 large garlic clove (grated, I use a microplane zester to grate my garlic, it's great!)
  • frozen peas (handful of defrosted)
  • 2 carrots (grated)
  • 1 handful fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 1 egg
