  • 6 pita bread (wheat)
  • 15 ounces chick peas (or garbanzos, rinsed and drained)
  • 2 cups torn romain lettuc leav
  • 1 1/2 cups tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 avocado (medium, peeled and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup purple onion (chopped)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (about 6 oz)
  • 50 sprays salad (wish-bone, spritzers ranch dressing)

    Directions

    1. Combine remaining ingredients except Wish-Bone® Salad Spritzers® Ranch Dressing in large bowl; spritz 30 times with Dressing. Evenly top pita breads with bean mixture, then sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Just before serving, spritz with remaining 20 sprays Dressing.
    2. Preheat oven to 400°. Arrange pita breads on baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until toasted. Immediately sprinkle each with 1/4 cup cheese; set aside.
