Amazing. Used 1/2 cup less vegetable stock and 1/2 cup more peanut butter to make it a bit thicker. Very tasty!

Paige Reynolds 24 Nov 2018
Very good! I used a bit of curry for extra spice.

So delicious - our guests inhaled it!

This was delightfully easy to follow! I made mine chicken-based, swapping vegetable broth for chicken broth. It tasted a little sweet at first, but hot sauce gave it the edge it needed. I’m happy with the end result.

Perfect for a winter soup when you want to try something different! Warm and filling, great vegetarian dish. Can also serve it with quinoa instead of rice.

Very tasty kids liked the crunch of the peanuts and didn’t notice the veggies. Was a little runny so would double the peanut butter or drop a cup of broth

One of my favorites.
Dan Gamez 6 Jun 2018
It didn’t turn out as creamy as I’d hope, but it was still very flavorful and VERY filling. Definitely needed to be served with rice also.

Simple, savory, and spicy. Reheats excellently, so you can stash it in the fridge for when you just can't make a dinner from scratch

Really good! I modified the recipe a little for what I had on hand. I plan to cook it again for my Swedish friends who find peanut butter a little exotic
Kim 24 Apr 2018
Awesome!! I didn't change the recipe at all.
Dani 22 Apr 2018
This is so much better than I was expecting, might be my new favorite vegan dish!
Hi 18 Apr 2018
Easy and delicious!!! Will definitely make again!
Victoria 4 Apr 2018
It was delicious and I didn’t add the ginger. It had the right amount of spice
Owen White 27 Mar 2018
warming simple soup. No modification except mixed nuts as a granitaj instead of just peanuts
Jane P. 23 Mar 2018
Definitely tasty served hot. Made it as a curry instead of soup over jasmine brown rice. Didn't want to use hot sauce because of the vinegar so put in cayenne pepper; unfortunately that didn't have the spicy kick I would've enjoyed. Also substituted collards for spinach and peanut butter with cashew butter and the garnish peanuts with roasted crushed chickpeas.

Wonderful recipe! I made it with a home-made vegetable broth and it was spicy, delicious and my 6 and 8-year old daughters loved it too.
Anna Kahn 16 Feb 2018
No modifications, will make it again
Marikka Beecroft 13 Feb 2018
Amazing!!! Didn’t have collared greens so put in some sugar snaps and inner beans. I used harberno sauce as well which gave a slight smokey flavour.

Turned out insanely good

A pretty amazing array of flavors all wrapped up into one pot of yumminess!

Really good hearty soup; will make again
Devin 17 Dec 2017
Best soup I’ve ever made and sooooo easy. I like spice so I added fresh jalapeños to mine, also the collard greens were seasoned prior to cooking this.
Theresa Young 19 Nov 2017
Turned out great. Did use tomato paste instead of diced tomatoes and it thickened up nicely. Served it with turmeric rice- husband and vegetarian daughter loved it. This is a keeper
Rutvij 13 Nov 2017
Tastes excellent. Next time will add some soft tofu to the soup.
Lauren Mercer 11 Nov 2017
I loved it. Not much i can complain about other than mine was a little too peanut and not enough soup im looking for. I normally dont like spicy but figured adding the siracha would be perfect and it was!
Judy R. 9 Nov 2017
Well, I chickened out last minute knowing hubby wouldn't enjoy it without meat. I added cubed chicken and served it over rice. It was fantastic! My 4 year old wouldn't touch the greens but he loved the rice which had some "peanut juice"
Jordan Fergus 9 Nov 2017
Easy to make, tastes absolutely incredible and I'd definitely make it again, but i served it with brown rice as a curry not a soup.
