    Cook a can of crushed tomatoes until they get soft?? Mmm... regardless I used petite diced tomatoes instead of crushed because I was too lazy to go to the store. I'm not vegan, only veggie, so I didn't follow directions for the potatoes and I added some roasted garlic to the mash. IT WAS SOOOOO GOOD!
