  • no boil lasagna noodles (1 package oven-ready)
  • 1 container part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 1 package shredded Italian cheese blend (or shredded mozzarella cheese)
  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 cup veggie crumbles (frozen)

    I think it would have worked just as well in an oven for an hour. My crockpot took 2 1/2 hrs on high. Baked in the oven would make for a more attractive presentation. I also used more sauce than indicated. All that being said, it was very easy and tasted great.

    Saved the recipe. Bought all the ingredients only to realize it was a slow cooker recipe. Not the prettiest presentation but tastes great.
