My family really likes this recipe we are a family with 2 vegans 1 vegetarian and 3 meat eaters and we all enjoy it. Maybe Jill didn't dice her potato small enough. I found the flavor perfect but maybe she could add a bit more to hers.

This wasn't good. The potatoes cooked unevenly as compared to the test of the pilaf and the seasoning was barely adequate. Do not make this.
