It's a lot easier than it sounds. I used 15oz can corn, instead of frozen. It was still delicious. I added Upton's BBQ Jackfruit to the bowl. It was absolutely amazing. My carnivore wife and daughter loved this one. I will definitely make this again.

This has become a regular meal at our house. My wife and I and our 11 year old all love it! Can't get my 5 year old daughter to try...but the rest of us are always happy with a bean bowl night!

I made this for my husband and he loved it! It was filling for him and also quick and simple to make.

Loved the flavors, added salsa and sour cream. Felt that the cilantro in the beans was plenty, so didn't add any at the end.
