1Place a pot on the stove (over medium heat) and pour in the 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
2Once the oil is heated, add the garlic, ginger, and pepper flakes. Cook everything for 1 minute.

4Add the carrot and broccoli and add the soy sauce. Cook everything for another 5 minutes, or until the broccoli begins to soften.
5Remove the vegetables from the pot and set them aside in a bowl or container.
6Cook the chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and some of the soy sauce.
7When the chicken is lightly cooked, place the vegetables back into the pot and continue cooking everything together for 3 more minutes.
8Turn off the stove and set the chicken and vegetables aside.
9Prepare the pasta according to the instructions listed on its package. Strain the pasta and set it aside to cool.
10Mix the remaining olive oil, lemon juice and zest, ginger, salt, and pepper in a container..
11Pour this mixture onto the pasta and serve with the vegetables and chicken on a plate.
