Description

Every bite of this dish includes the savory flavor of zucchini and mushrooms. Ready in only 20 minutes, this easy to make meal can be enjoyed at a dinner party or even for a quick lunch.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 zucchini
1 onions
1 carrots
500 grams mushrooms
1 sheet puff pastry
1 eggs
tomato sauce
grating cheese

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2Add the oil to a skillet on medium heat. Add the zucchini, onion, carrot, and mushrooms and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
3Cut the puff pastry sheet in 2 rectangles 10 centimeters by 40 centimeters each. Place the puff pastry on parchment paper and pierce the center area with a fork so it does not rise. Leave a 1-centimeter border of unpierced pastry
4Brush the pastry with beaten egg and coat with tomato sauce.
5Put the vegetables in the pierced area of the puff pastry. Cover with grated cheese.
6Bake for about 19 minutes or until the sides are golden and have risen and the cheese has melted.
