  • 1 lipton recip secret veget soup mix
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup brussels sprouts
  • 3 ounces spinach leaves (rinsed and patted dry, chopped, about 2 cups)
  • 1 tablespoon sherry
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 16 ounces won ton wrappers (refrigerated, about 50 wrappers)

    Directions

    1. Combine Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Vegetable Soup Mix, ground pork, bean sprouts, spinach, sherry and ginger in medium bowl. Arrange 1 teaspoon pork mixture on center of each wrapper; gather edges of wrapper around filling and press firmly at top to seal.
    2. Heat oil to 375° in deep-fat fryer. Carefully drop wontons in hot oil and fry until golden brown; drain on paper towels. Serve warm and, if desired, with assorted mustards or duck sauce.
