    I absolutely love this soup. It's become one of my favorites and it's so easy to make too. You can play around with the veggies and the type of broth is tune it to your tastes. To add a little special (not hot) kick, I add a little bit of red pepper flakes and dill weed to mine.

    I'm not a big vegetable soup fan, but this soup is awesome! Idk what makes it so good. I use low-sodium V8 and throw in whatever veggies I have on hand. So tasty and healthy! Making more today!

    Before I comment about your recipe I give you 10 STARS. I, made this veggie soup several times and finished all every time. Now when I make it I have to double the recipe. And to make enough so as to make sure that I get some for myself. I make your recipe and add as many veggies that I have in storage. Any and all yummy . thanks!!!! 10 stars**********

    It was bomb! I did make some additions/substitutions. Low sodium vegetable broth, a bit less added salt, added chicken, a chopped jalapeño for kick, and a squeeze of lime after serving. Whole family loved it!

    Great! My 92 yr old Grandfather & I LOVED it! He like to sip on the soup broth as well, next time I’ll increase liquids. Even thought not is season, I used all fresh produce. Thanks for sharing.

    This turned out AWESOME! I only made half the recipe and froze the rest. I didn’t change anything, but I did add half a pound of hamburger. Very very good! Thank you!

    My family loves this recipe minus the celery. I always add veggies that aren't listed and usually skip the potatoes too. This recipe is great to make as your own.

    I have made this twice already. one time i followed the recipe and it was really good. Second time i used beef broth instead of chicken i also added some italian spice and pepper flakes for abit of heat it turned out great again. I also used diced tomatoes and tomato paste. Loved this recipe thx so much.

    Yummly did it again this soup hit the spot the recipe is plenty for a family of four I needed to add more salt and pepper but that’s just because we like extra flavor I also added some ground turkey for some umph 😊
