    Please don't publish recipes calling for palm oil, when it is disastrous for the environment, orangutans in particular. There are hundreds of other options, and I would think vegans would be caring enough to use a more earth friendly oil

    the potatoes were still hard or not cooked through, and the recipe was missing key instructions like the cooking temp, I didnt like how u cooked the onions for 6 minutes and the potatoes in a roux type broth for only a few minutes or less, I would have to fix these key elements and retry this recipe

    I liked this a lot! It was very simple and tasted great I did omit the fake meat, I just don’t like the texture of it

    I wasnt too pleased with the lack of flavor the first try. The second time around I added vegan chicken, different herbs and spices. I have made this probably a handful of times, with and without mock meat so I'm certain the additional spices and herbs was key (for me).

    Rather bland - I think I'll try it again though, substituting chopped mushrooms and cauliflower for the seitan and adding more spices.
