excellent soup! next time though- less oil and no peas. i found that the peas made it kinda mushy. made it with fresh green beans. will definitely make again!!

A beautiful soup! the fresh veggies make it colorful and delicious. looking forward ti making more. i did less water/broth than recomended to keep it thick.
