  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne (optional for spice)
  • 350 grams extra firm tofu (drained, no need to press it)

    So good!! Has that meat texture and flavour for sure! I added a teaspoon of taco seasoning to the spices and served it with Mexican rice.

    I am new to vegan life and I think this was a great and different way to use tofu and I loved it! You can really adjust the flavors with all the different options you have for toppings and hot sauces, which hot sauce is always a must.. thank you for sharing!!!!
