    Omit: broccoli, tofu Changes: 1 can coconut milk, 2 tbsp curry paste, 2 cups veggie broth, 4 kefir leaves (dried), 2 chiles (dried, added early)

    Added 1/2 more broth and a bit more curry paste. My family loved it.

    Easy recipe. I cooked the coconut milk and currie till the sauce was thick then I added my broccoli with zucchini. I fried the tofu and topped with Cilantro. I felt at ☮️ after eating this
