I really liked these, my daughter on the other hand thought they tasted a little too "earthy." She usually like most of the vegan recipes I have made, so something to consider. I think the earthy taste may have come from the type of sage I used (rubbed sage may be more intense I don't know). That and they are a little pasty. Other than that I would recommend trying these.
Held together well, quite tasty I think I mixed it too much, as it tasted a bit 'pasty'
