  • 120 grams unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 14 grams coconut oil (melted, or any other neutral oil)
  • 136 grams sorghum flour (Sweet White)
  • 120 grams brown rice flour
  • 20 grams cocoa powder (Regular, unsweetened)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 227 grams vanilla (Amande Yogurt, other yogurts will probably work)
  • 180 grams firm tofu (Puree*)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon butter extract
  • 1 teaspoon stevia extract
  • 8 grams Dutch process cocoa powder
  • 126 grams protein powder (Chocolate Brown Rice, I used SunWarrior)
