A little tough to work with thick and gooey. Hard to pour even with added liquid. The taste was good.

The outsides where cooked nicely but the inside was still mushy. I tried to poke wholes in it while it was cooking to hopefully have some heat flow through it but only some pancakes tasted like it was cooked thoroughly.

They're the best pancakes I've ever made. I will no longer search for another recipe
