It was super easy to make! I did add some siracha sauce to add a bit more flavor. Good choice for a chilly night.

I added a bunch of veggies: carrot, zucchini, corn, peas, bell pepper, and I fried some garlic to put in. Couldn’t find sushi nori but I happen to have a ton of dried seaweed in my house so I used that and it’s delicious. I also added a soft boiled egg and some sriracha and i couldn’t have been more happy about this dinner

I added an extra cup of water to this to balance out the broth.I was using a veg boullion cube so instead of one cube to two cups water i put 3 cups. I used shirataki noodles instead of tofu and ramen noodles and added mushrooms and edamame. Used a whole sheet of nori and added a little bit of onion and garlic powder to it.

Turned out great! Cheap and quick to make, added some bean shoots and enoki mushrooms for extra flavour. Will definitely cook it again.

Made it last night and let me say, god damn that's some good miso. Used the freshest ingredients I could find and whipped it up in no time.
