I used 1 1/2 cups of coconut milk with 1/4c of cane sugar and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch (to thicken). I've used honey and/or maple syrup instead of the cane sugar too. Cook on medium heat until the milk blend thickens to desired thickness. Usually about 3 minutes. Take it off the stove and then I add two teaspoons of vanilla and the juice of one lemon with the whole lemon zest. Any way it is delicious.
